I really like techno music as of late.. It makes cleaning the house less of a bother and it is quite entertaining when my kids dance to it. Dance music counts too like Butterfly by Smile DK.

Lots of different genres, and sub genres.
I generally like Rock, Metal, Dance and Rave. I listen to many different sub genres though. Fave bands include A Day To Remember, Rise Against, Anti Flag (all three of which I'm seeing within a week live =]), Killswitch Engage, Parkway Drive, Billy Talent, The Prodigy, Mindless Self Indulgence, Machine Head, and etc.
And I'm a gig whore. I'm setting myself a target of seeing 100 bands, not including festivals by the end of the year. That equates to about 33 gigs, not including festivals. I'm on track thus far, having seen 8 gigs this far this year.
